My Struggle with Kleptomania: A Confession

oof i heavily went thru a BIG klepto manic phase between the ages of 9-17; it got so bad i was arrested from target i remember for stealing like a pack of fake nails, and a phone case and some other petty stupid shit that i tried to put in my pants and walk out the store w. prob my lowest moment. best believe it wasnt the first time either. i had stolen things from friends & lost friends for that rzn, my parents, etc. at the time i wasnt diagnosed bpd/bipolar but i always had a weird urge to take things from ppl but mostly ppl who had hurt me/done me wrong in some way and i like justified the stealing for that reason??? but it wasnt really that yk? it was like an addiction idk
