I keep getting this warm feeling in my lower legs and my left foot. But when I touch the warm area it’s not warm. This just started this week. Does anybody feel something similar?

Maybe it’s coming from your back? I’ll get super cold sensations down my leg into my anterolateral aspect of my ankle and my docs have told me it comes from herniations in my lower back.

Every evening I get pain that I guess does seem war in my calfs (bit to the touch) and I'm diagnosed with RLS
