Undiagnosed Leg Pain and Numbness

I’m wondering what type of condition I might have. Doctors aren’t able to figure it out - I’ve had so many tests done and nothing has come back. Does anyone else experience left leg pain from the knee down and numb tingling hot freezing foot toes, and sciatica pain in hip and pain in lower back. I have been in pain for a month now and unable to fully walk and I’m 29 and this is inhibiting me to live my life. I feel alone in this.

I know when the doctor did the Nerve test on me, it hurt bad. It was a hand held machine that had two metal balls on the end. When he touched me with it, I about jumped out of my skin. He did both legs. I told him he was luck I like him because I would've knock-him-out, 😅 (not really). I have to see if I can find some more info on the electronic treatment. If you have it done, let me know how it went and what they did

I have the same issue. None of the doctors can figure out what's wrong with me. The only thing I haven't been tested for is small fiber neuropathy. I want to try a new neuropathy treatment in Superior, Wisconsin. It's some kind of electronic treatment that's all I know

It is a effective technique has been found to be utilizing high frequency alternating current passed through a needle to generate heat and create a small thermal lesion (“burn”) on the nerve. This procedure is called a radiofrequency denervation ---- I had to look that up to explain it right, lol

Oh wow. Yea the process of elimination is frustrating and all the testing as your in pain. I thought I had a neuropathy problem as well but they said it would be in both legs/ feet not just one. I get it in my left foot burning numbness tingling sore muscles sore bones and always on the edge of cramping up as well. I have to wear boots 24/7 - it’s so frustrating I can’t do normal things. So what do you mean when you say burning of the nerves procedure?

I went to the ER last Monday. I had a lot of Pain on my right leg. They also did a Ultrasound to rule out DVT. My Orthopedic Doc. Wants to do Surgery soon. I unfortunately have to wait 8 to 9 weeks ( long Story). My Pain Management doctor wanted to do the burning on the Nerves but my Insurance will not cover it. My Neurologist Doctor said I have Neuropathy bad in my Left Foot. I know I had have in my Right but, I hate to have it in both feet

I also was prescribed gabapentin for the pain and methylprednisolone as well and I have seen minor improvements but I still can’t be barefoot. It’s bad to the point where I have to tape a garbage bag over my shoe to shower. I have even gotten an ultrasound to rule out DVT and I was negative for that!

I have Freezing 🥶 toes at night ( like there in a Ice bucket). After 3 surgery my right foot fells like it's tight wrapped up and in a cement brick. I have pain in my middle of my back and to the left side. I have been going through this since 2019( when I had first surgery).

wow. Yes I have heard pain can be more chronic after surgeries. And my pain is only ever in my left leg and foot. I have seen multiple chiropractor because of the pain. When I walk on a floor inside or the ground outside for too long (even with shoes on) the cold eventually seeps into my shoe and to my foot it goes and this has been constant. I am even wearing two (loosely fitting) socks to warm up!

yes, I have had blood work done as well as X-rays so far and now my doctors next step is physical therapy but I have been dealing with this for a long time and this is the longest and worst this pain has ever gotten. I’m not diabetic and no autoimmune or inflammatory disease were detected in my blood test.
