Anyone have RLS in hands ? I can’t get comfortable tonight I keep moving around and I’m getting this weird feeling in my hands and urge to move them a lot . I tried moving around to different places to ease the urge to move no help :(

      I get it in hands, legs and feet. Usually I have to stim for a while to get the feelings in my hands go away. But it’s terrible when you’re trying to sleep… I have to go to another room than where my partner is sleeping and it breaks my heart when I can’t sleep with them.

        @basketcase I also experience it when I am overly tired.. it’s either tire yourself out and have rls to get a chance of sleeping early, or stay awake at night because you’re not tired enough.. 🥲

          @heartvalais when I’m under a lot of stress or really sleep deprived my RLS flares up

        @basketcase I had it for long time after partial hysterectomy it went away and 7 days ago it came back idk what triggered it
