Just wanted to share that my depression journey has gotten better. I still have it and days where i hate my life, or myself, or others… but less of those days. Im surprised because i have a lower medication dosage and still no job (still searching). What has helped has been the following: therapy, drinking less, trying hobbies, using social media less & more intentionally with what i see… and most of all, asking for help from my loved ones and accepting that help. If you’re struggling with depression and reading this, I know it’s hard. It is in fact a battle. Every day. But take it from me, you can beat it. Take it one step at a time and keep focusing on whatever makes you feel stronger. I hope this inspires someone
