Vitamin D is pretty important, so spend some time outside. Therapy and meds go a really long way. Exercise too. They all take time, but they make it easier. I hope this was coherent I'm very tired.

Spite, tbh, I currently exist because I refuse to prove the haters right

Sharing with those closest to you. Before I started antidepressants, pretty much the only thing that helped me was the support of my partner and friends who although not experiencing the same things that I did, reminded me that it is okay to experience them and that it is okay to be battling with depression. If anything, it only makes you braver than those who are "healthy" <3

@cheshirr Thats good adivice! I finally told someome the other day and it was such a relief. She has similar issues and was able to help me a lot though somw things she didnt completely understand. but in the last couple days she has become distant and said some really hurtful things which kinda made me regret opening up.

The things that help the most are the things that are hardest to do when you're struggling. Things like exercising, meditating, keeping up with hygiene, reaching out to loved ones, etc. If you can manage to do just one thing that seems hard, you'll start to feel better and the other things will get easier.

Having a routine works best for me and incorporating self care into everyday life. Even if it’s something small treat yourself! 💕
