Wellll…. Went for an autism diagnosis and came out of it with possible ADHD and OCD and now. Everything I do it actually makes sense that I have those things. Daily habit are actually looking a lot more like ADHD and OCD and autism then they are what people would expect is normal. Anyone in a similar situation? Multiple diagnosis? How do people cope with the mixing symptoms cos for me they’re clashing and making life hard

I feel the same! I haven't gotten a diagnosis, but my psychologist prescribed me sertraline (zoloft) for the same reasons and that has helped me sooo much. I know medication isn't for everyone, but I have found that it's easier to change the way I perceive different situations, and my compulsions are far easier to control or downright ignore now. As for dealing with clashing symptoms, it's rather difficult for me aswell, but at least I'm not in a depressive state as of now :)
