The best way for me is to start slow. I begin with sitting up until I work up the motivation so I can brush my hair. Exercise is very difficult during this time but don’t go too hard on yourself. Maybe do a few stretches in bed or something else that doesn’t require too much movement. For me in order to eat right it has to be something easy. If I can grab it and eat it in bed then it makes it easier to eat. Try to limit what you’re buying whatever is easy access is most likely what you will eat. Stick with grab and go’s like yogurt. Keep your head up and let it pass. It will get better keep fighting through every day.
