Struggling with Weight Loss and Depression

I need to loose weight but my depression makes it super hard. I cant seem to find the motivation to move and my body connects food to happiness. Does anyone have any ideas of what i can do?

I’m in the same boat! My anxiety meds help me feel calm, but it also makes me lose motivation for basically everything. I want to be healthier but getting up and going is super difficult.

Start small and build up slowly. I do yoga now but I started by just doing three simple stretches in bed each morning. Or if you want to go for walks eventually, start with just sitting outside for ten minutes a day. It might sound silly but you can make a small reward for yourself every time you do a positive habit like saying "good job!" out loud or listening to a favorite song.
