Is it normal to completely zone out for 30 minutes from a migraine? The migraine only lasted 30 minutes and that's why I'm asking because to me it seems like a migraine is usually longer. sometimes I also have it where it affects how I speak and it affects how I see what I see sometimes I see flickering in my vision and I get a strange sense of deja vu. I am trying to record the symptoms more on my own, however it's hard. I had a few 100% zone out episodes where nothing could get me out except myself. My main coach started to notice and asked if I was okay. I did not know what was going on because I was totally confused, so I said, "I don't know." she allowed me to take a break because she didn't want anything bad happening. Anyone have any ideas what is causing it to be like this?
