Experiencing Weird 'Zone Out' Episodes - Could It Be Seizures?

I have never had a seizure before..at least not that i’m aware of, but i get these weird “zone out” episodes that don’t last long and my mom said i just freeze and become unresponsive and my eyes roll back and blink really fast before I come back to. I don’t really fully lose consciousness but I am very confused and disoriented afterwards for a while and we are not sure what it is?

Mystery_Forevermore thank you i will talk to my neurologist about them a bit more clearly since we didn’t get to last visit! the only reason I know what my eyes do is because my mom pointed them out at the book store yesterday, even told me i had slight concussions last night when it happened again

That's called a partial focal aware seizure or what I like to call Zone out Seizures I have those myself and am taking meds for it (tho I'm not aware of my Seizures so I have no idea if it's working for me) there are all different types of Seizures that are not Spasm like

ATranceClassic16 - as it’s happening it kind of depends?? I am still semi conscious during most of them I just can’t move or respond, other times I am not aware at all as it’s happening I only find out after because my mom is rubbing my bad and making sure i’m okay

Just out of curiosity, are you aware that 'it's' happening as it's happening? 🤔
