I’m going through a serious low period… lately it’s been a series of events that have snowballed into being forced to take a break from school (including choir, which actually benefits my mental health) against my will. I’m sick of mental illness lending itself to less autonomy in the school system. My mental health actually worsens if I’m forced to take a break from school, but all they think is that mental illness somehow means I can’t make my own decisions… hate the mental health stigma…
