      I have a couple times over the past week or so. I’m sorry you’re feeling this way😅I know it sucks, but sometimes it can help to distract yourself or try to engage in activities you enjoy, either by yourself or with someone else.

        @Cyprus87 I’ve been trying, but the school is putting me on a mandatory leave that doesn’t allow me to interact with anyone on campus, so it’s really limiting my ability to do things I enjoy cause a lot of my comfort is on campus…

      I do also feel really low because I just got out of a relationship with a narcissist.My mental health is way more important than him making me feel low about the whole situation.
