For the past several months, I've been juggling my work life along with catching up with assignments that were past due for my classes. I've had 8 mental breakdowns so far and have even called out of work 4 times because of my mental state being so low.... I've even missed out on a bunch of classes because I just can't bring myself out of such a low state of mind... my anxiety spikes up, and it's never really triggered by anything around me at all. My boyfriend is a positive soul, but sometimes even talking to him doesn't help me as much as I thought it would. Especially friends. Talking to my mom is a no go, she likes to ridicule me and make the conversation about herself instead of letting me vent to her about my pain and emotions. Hopefully this platform helps me.
