Feeling Alone in Mental Health Struggles

I have the best support system, my husband is so understanding and patient and kind, but I feel the same way. I feel so lost in this stupid disorder and I feel like I'm never gonna escape this cycle of highs and lows. Even when you have people it can still feel so isolating and lonely and frustrating.
