Finding Support in an App

I'm grateful for finding this app. I no longer feel alone. Don't get me wrong my husband and eldest kids try so hard to take care of mom. But I went from superintendent to needing them more than I want to admit. each day I feel alone sinking in emotions. my husband is amazing. he sees me at my worse and still runs to my storms.6 years and he's not stop. no matter how much I try to push him away. Like Sunday no questions asked, he let me rest while he played background noise for me. but its hard because my husband has aspergers syndrome. so he's a blessing, but having others who understand. is awesome.
