I always feel as though I am very alone with my diabetes and how it makes me feel. I do get down about it due to highs or lows as well and the constant mental agility needed. Everyone around me is very supportive but they still don’t understand how it feels. Am I the only one to feel like I’m doing this alone even though I have lots of support?

I also have a lot of people who support me with my diabetes, and I unfortunately understand how you feel. No matter how much support you have in the end its you having to take the heaviest responsibility. Maintaining yourself and taking care of the diabetic details takes a toll. It can isolate you... Handling this disease is a pain no doubt about it.
