Sharing Experiences with Mental Health Conditions

I agree with dogdad13 that this is very vague. The two main we struggle with are OSDD (we selected DID as OSDD was not an option) and ASD. We constantly deal with lack of sense of self and overstimulation. With OSDD comes the loss of living your own life, derealization, depersonalization, and amnesia. With ASD comes the overstimulation and not feeling like we fit into the world.

I want to respond but "said conditions" is a little vague. But we have ADHD and depression in common so I'll go with those! Depression has been absolutely awful but I've got lot of drugs and a therapist to help with that. For adhd, I thought I'd finally be found a job where it benefited me to have ADHD but it turns out that I'm not doing what my boss wants me too, they want me to focus more. So I'm working on getting my ADHD meds refilled so I can be the quiet little worker they want
