I’m going into a hospital now for a mental health evaluation and most likely impatient care. I have hit my breaking point and am close to losing those closest to me. I just want any of them right now but no one wants to put up with me and I understand why.

You are not your weaknesses. All of these things you have tagged on your post and everything else you are struggling with is so dang hard. You are not a bad person, just a person who is doing their best despite the bad circumstance. I hope that you can find the help you need and I hope that others can help you feel better and become the person you want to be. It's never too late to start over. You can do this friend 💕
There is a strength in realizing you need help! Keep your head up little human! You're doing so amazing

Went to an inpatient rehab for anxiety and depression back in 2019 and it helped a lot, sending you best wishes and good health for the days to come. ♡
I admire your strength and independence of choosing to get help for your mental health. I would definitely not necessarily tell you to reconsider the impatient decision but rather do some research and make sure you know what you’re getting into. The hospital is really good to utilize if you feel as though you are going to hurt yourself or others or going to end your life or psychosis. If you’re having just a general mental health issue I just want to make sure you know what this entails. They’ll put you in a separate wing, you’ll have your clothes and phone taken away and sit in a room for intake. It might take hours before a social worker even comes to talk to you and determine whether to admit you. This may not be the experience for you or others just speaking on my behalf. It can sometimes make the situation worse and i’ve heard many stories. However if you think you’re a danger to yourself then I definitely recommend and applaud you for your decision. Otherwise I would highly consider researching how the hospital might treat you, the cost, and maybe reaching out to a hotline, trying some coping mechanisms and looking for some help like therapy. I wish you all of the best and you’re not alone. I mean no ill intent, just know what I experienced was not in the least bit helpful for my mental health going to the ER. much love
@xtaylorx I have not been able to get help and I don’t think I can do anything else
@IAng May I ask what has gotten in the way of getting help? I understand the feeling of thinking you can’t do anything but trust me, after many years of thinking this myself.. there is always something even if it’s little.
