Shame is the most powerful thing in the world and every time I say something out loud and let it go, or confide it in my therapist, it’s better.
I'm done with counseling, anytime I start to make progress, the counselor moves. Plus it's exhausting. I do my best to keep a small network of ppl who get what I'm dealing with, and encourage me. Even if it's just telling that they're proud of me for showering or changing clothes.
Online groups have helped me a lot. And hobbies. And counseling. Mostly the first two since I'm a little lazy about getting a counselor lol. Hope I helped
