I used to shrug off my memory issues because I suck with time in general, but how do you deal with constant memory problems? I can’t remember much from 2 years ago. I understand not remembering a bunch of my childhood, but I didn’t think I’d continue to not remember things that happened to me.

      Our memory issues depend on what's going on, to be honest. For instance, our host and several others were rapid-switching so much over an extended period of time that her memory issues were day to day, not month to month.

        @StoneHaven_System Handling it? Someone had to switch out that wasn't our host, then they had to stay in the fronting room for an extended period of time to give our host a break from outside stressors. But that doesn't work all the time or for everyone. It just works for us sometimes. Reaching out to someone may help. Diaries and journals. Timelines and checklists day to day.
