I was prescribed fluoxetine 20mg nearly 3 weeks ago. I took a tablet for two days and ended up with uncontrollable tremors/spasms that lasted for 5 days straight and only stopped when I slept. I stopped taking this medication and only got tremors now and again, mainly in the morning but leas severe. Last night I took propranolol and woke up with uncontrollable tremors again. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Some users have reported experiencing tremors or spasms while taking fluoxetine. One user mentioned having muscle spasms, especially in the legs, which got worse when the dosage was increased from 40mg to 80mg. Another user experienced shaking and vomiting after a single dose of fluoxetine. As for propranolol, one user reported it as a life saver for severe anxiety attacks, but did not mention any side effects related to tremors. It's always best to consult with your doctor about these symptoms.
