Hello to all who suffer with a vestibular issue. I was diagnosed with Vestibular Migraine in June 2021. Have not had much luck with medication for management of it- dizzy (disequilibrium, off balance) with any movement on a daily basis. Started taking Quilipta about 6 months ago- at first I saw a noticeable decline in frequency of headaches… tried Nortriptyline with it, then switched to Topomax- can’t tolerate either of those (raise BP). So far the only med that had provided me any relief is Valium. MRI and MRA (without contrast) both came back normal. SED rate has been very elevated (50-75) for past 3 years.. about the same time all of this really began. Anyone else out there dealing with similar situation? Any advice on what else I should look into as the CAUSS of this vestibular issue?
