Since ditching the booze, I’m managing so much better. I am “feeling my feelings” as they come and as scary as it feels, it passes.
Personally, I’m journaling a lot and trying to do things I enjoy during the holidays. I’m trying to focus on is the people that accept what happened to me and love me no matter what’s going on. I know it super hard during the holidays with family.
