I’m visiting my parents and siblings out of state I’ve been having meltdowns/BPD episodes every day🥺😞keep getting triggered and going from 0-100 so fast I can’t even pause and notice what’s happening and then I’m long gone and can’t snap out of it. I’ve yelled a lot and have said terrible things to people and pushed them away convinced that they don’t love me. Honestly this vacation has been rough. It’s never been like this before, I always get along with my family (you know, to an extent, we are still family and butt heads). Just feeling down and homesick at this point 🙁
I'm trying my best honestly. I'm traveling again and it's helped take my mind off things

I haven't been so good. Something traumatic happened a couple weeks ago. When I was with family on Christmas eve, I got triggered and had a hard time having fun after that. But at least I'm now back in my home
I get you Ramen. Currently stuck at my mom’s house (flew home for the holidays) and whew I wish I was back home
I'm doing well. (:
managing, i think it’ll always be hard around family
