I’m not sure if you’re interested in trying but going off of birth control pills was the best thing I ever did for myself! I was having tons of pelvic pain related to a condition called vulvodynia and then just pelvic floor dysfunction. I did all the pt and everything but really the biggest difference was going off birth control. Went off and one month later was absolutely symptoms free
