Hi guys how do you guys manage your health anxiety? Mine got bad after covid so I always think something bad is going to happen to me if I have any pain in my body or feel a different sensation.

I have the same issue and was hospitalized for a potassium/magnesium issue. I freak over everything and it’s hard to control at times. I actually have been given medication to help ……….. that scares me too!

  @AuntieR Everytime I go to the emergency room for a panic attack they usually say my potassium is low. Same here im always scared of taking medication!
