I don't if others have experienced this, but there do seem to be resources at my disposal to help manage brain fog. A surprising one is studying a language. There is an attested case of someone with lingering Covid symptoms, including brain fog, finding their language learning cleared this terrible affliction. When things were horrible, I would listen to things like ASMR or binaural beats and do gentle mental exercises like puzzles or sudoku. This seemed to bring some relief. I noticed there would be patterns. I might experience a dip at a certain time of day and if I managed to stay relatively relaxed the brain fog would in part take care of itself. I'm still learning.
