How do you overcome brain fog? I’ve been so out of it, leaving things where they shouldn’t go without realizing it, forgetting dates, reading stuff incorrectly over and over. I like to think I’m a pretty smart guy but forming clear thoughts has been increasingly difficult

Ugh the brain fog KILLS ME. Honestly, i’ve dealt with it by writing literally everything down in my reminders app on my phone. It’s gotten so bad to the point i have to set a remind to myself when i leave a room to get something. So frustrating!

I've been noticing slip-ups, myself. Like you said, leaving things where they don't belong, forgetting where things are, not remembering things I should. I try my best to recall and remember but its so hard. Its really getting in the way of my performance at work. I'm tripping over my words, forgetting prices for plans, misquoting customers. Perhaps this would be something to investigate online or with my therapist
