Hey I'm new here, I was diagnosed with anxiety in 2019, I still struggle with it during my college lectures especially during exam season (which is starting in two weeks for me). Do you have any tips for keeping on top of my anxiety during exam season?

      Hydrate, BREATHE and keep up on the work, even though I know how dreadful that can be. When I was in school I simply didn't do the work and found myself behind on everything. I eventually dropped out. But if I could go back I would work on my schoolwork for about 30 minutes everyday, try to hydrate as much as possible and find a healthy place to work. They say forming a habit takes 3 weeks. Do you have a library you can go too?
