I took a gap between my freshman and sophomore year of college due to covid, and since coming back last semester, it has been really hard for me to manage my test anxiety and procrastination. I will get so frustrated and feel physically ill over how upset I am at myself for not starting earlier or not being able to focus. i was just wondering if anyone hZ had Ny similar experiences or has any tips for managing this

I am currently on a gap semester due to withdrawing from a class due to test anxiety. I am gonna go to therapy for it but the best advice i have so far is to talk to your school and get accommodations. There is no shame in getting what you need to best help you excel academically which will help with general anxiety, etc. Therapy is key though.

For tests I make sure to prepare and relax as well. I take deep breaths and bring fidget toys to help as well. For focusing i have on music and set timers to make sure i complete what i am working on. Hope this helps!
