      My number one go to is music. If I can I've got a calm playlist I use. If I can't listen to music I do the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 method. 5 things you see, 4 things you can touch (I look for something cold or just think it), 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste. Always use things in the room but if you cant see anything for taste, a similar object to a food will work.

      Focus on things you can control, fidget with something, make sure you breathe slowly, find a friend if you can
