I am 20 years old and my VO2 max is measuring at 19-20 on my Apple Watch… from what I’ve read this is really low but I cant find anything on if I should contact my cardiologist about it? I used to be a weightlifter but stopped about 6 months ago due to POTS and other medical concerns but this seems too low for how short my break from working out was. Any advice?

See a doctor for it if you're concerned, but I wouldn't panic. I can't imagine an apple watch being super accurate in measuring anything but MAYBE pulse rate
