I definitely have fatigue! The hard part is knowing if it's from RA or Fibromyalgia. Either way it's a hugh challenge. I'm trying to build muscle strength but when I am so fatigued it's hard to be motivated. Also trying to lose weight and when I'm fatigued I want to eat more.
