Struggling with Morning Fatigue

I’m really struggling this morning. Why is it that I always wake up more tired than I was when I went to sleep? I feel that way every morning. It’s been worse lately than usual. The burn out is real. I have to keep reminding myself that I love my job. I love what I do. And it’s worth it every day. I can do this! I’m just so tired.😩😥

Getchee some B12. It helps with energy. Find out what your body is telling you with a blood test. See what your deficiency is and take care of that temple. It's the only one ya got

I just took my son to school and I am back home literally sitting in my car trying to get the motivation and energy to walk into the house and go back to bed that is how exhausted I am and I know I slept last night. I just have no energy or motivation whatsoever. It really does suck😫😩

Same! It’s really frustrating to have more energy at night when there’s no job to have to go to.

I don't know about your daily habits, but make sure you're not looking at screens before bed. Without fail, that always makes me more tired in the morning. When I'm good, I turn off screens am hour before bed and read or draw instead

I feel ya!! I'm the same way! Been that way since I was a teenager. Never been much of a morning person but it seems to get worse as I get older.

You may not be going into a stage 4 sleep. Flexeril ( I've been on for 27 years) and elavil have been known to allow your brain to go into that stage 4 sleep....ask your Dr about trying.

No matter how much sleep we get we still have chronic fatigue every single day.
