I grew up in a very small town and not many of my peers I bonded with later on in middle school and high school. No one really understood me, so I created my own little world in my mind and it made me feel a little less lonely. However, I still find myself doing that as I’m approaching 30. Is there a resource or book that might give me some guidance?
