Struggling with Loneliness and Depression During Lockdown

I've been struggling with loneliness since lockdown really and depression for a while before that. Ended my degree in lockdown and moved back to my mum's. then moved to a city working for a very small company. struggling to find a new group of friends and I've lost contact with most of my old ones or they're too far away. I've been diagnosed with depression, took setraline for a couple years then weened myself off because doctors told me "it's temporary see how it goes" every time I went back. it kind of worked and levelled my mood out, got me out of a very dark spot but I felt I wasn't fully myself. Now with all the Instagram ADHD stuff and some friends in the past I do see a lot in common with my symptoms and ADHD except the hyper bit... I am very chill, and also avoidant. Also experience social anxiety, but councillors have always dismissed it. So idk what I have. I'd like to get a proper diagnosis for what I have and try medication, as well as some targeted talking therapy. However the diagnosis waiting lists are very long and it's put me off applying for longer than the waiting list would have been.
