      Try to go gluten free and see if it helps at all I don't do the meds cause I don't like the way they make me feel

        @hnybdgr I have been gluten, soy, dairy free for almost 2 years now. Taking gluten out was a huge jump to feeling better, but still not normal and it's just tiring...
