Living with Multiple Autoimmune Diseases

Some websites consider Diabetes as autoimmune. My mother and adopted Uncle have it. Mom is Type I, Uncle Type II. Both are similar. They lose weight frequently, they developed high blood pressure, high cholesterol, they started experiencing digestive issues, etc. I've heard of several people developing neuropathy due to diabetes. You may already know this and some people may not, but diabetes makes you more susceptible to other problems and your healing time for illnesses slows down significantly.
