Hey I'm Jess! I'm from Cincinnati, Ohio and I grew up in a small rural community. I was lucky enough to be diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at birth and have since been treated for it. Over time I developed pancreatic insufficiency and started taking enzymes. Anyone out there with similar stories?
