Where do you see yourself in the future?

NEW to this site. Suffering from Fibro, RA, IBS, and food sensitivities. Going through the process right now of figuring out why I have such pain in upper left part of stomach and in the back. I was diagnosed with PANCREANTITIS a couple of months back. They have found from an CT SCAN that the small intestines is swollen, and there is a mass with a bleeding lesion. My problem is my extreme fatigue. How do you all cope. I am not the same person since December.
