hi.im turning 60 and have celiacs .have you known you needed to avoid gluten long? i have so much internal damage .im immunocompromised .

I'm celiac and I just turned 59. I have been gluten free for over 25 years now. It makes me throw up and comes out the other end too if I were to consume gluten, also gives me a migraine. Not fun but I can't eat it

I’m celiac but don’t react much at all to gluten. I get heart burn occasionally. It makes it harder to stay away from my favorites. Ugh. It’s so hard and I have no discipline!!
