      @BonBonthecoolkid I was told by a gastroenterologist and many other readings I have studied, once you have it, you have it, and it doesn’t matter there’s no pills you can take to take the gluten out. There is damage being done.

      I have a friend who has celiacs and takes anti gluten pills before eating gluten and he has told me it works. I haven't tried it myself so I can't tell you how it is with someone without celiacs...but, that might be a possibility!

      If you're gluten intolerant, there's not much you can do about it. I hate to be the one to have to say that but I've tried going gf and slowly reintroducing and ended up sick every time.
