I have been very anxious lately because I'm leaving this job that I have been at for a year and a half. I have grown close to a lot of people there but the management is horrible. I'm not happy there like I used to be. I feel guilty for leaving because I am a manager there and we are already short staffed a lot of the time. but I cannot stand where things are going there and I wanna get out. I have a job interview on Monday at another place and I am excited for a change. does anybody have advice on big life changes?

I can’t say I have advice, but I want you to know things will turn out!! Leadership has to prove itself somewhere. Anybody and anything holding you back doesn’t know the potential they’re taking for granted!!💕

If you have a job lined up, great. If not, tell yourself it’ll all work out. Nothing more important than your happiness and health. Period

It is okay to feel bittersweet, sad, mad, scared, and everything in between. Change is not easy but it is not a bad thing. Feeling happy and fulfilled in your job is a priority and you're allowed to put yourself first. You're a person first not an employee. You don't owe them your entire life. Take a leap and dream big because you're worth it!

Big life changes can be scary, but you'll be much better off in the end! Don't feel bad about leaving the other people, if they care about you they'll understand why you need to get out!!
