I've been taking Lamotrigine for almost a month now (day 28) and I think I am developing a sore throat. I know this is one of the symptoms, but my sore throat is extremely mild and I can only feel it when I swallow in a very specific way. In addition, I have post-nasal drip and mild congestion because it's spring and my room is very stuffy - so I can't tell whether it's a symptom or if I just caught something. I'm not coughing or anything, I don't know whether or not I should be worried. I've tried two other medications so far for what's now been identified as an unspecified mood disorder, and I just *really* want this one to work. I feel slightly better since taking it, though it is too early to tell. I just don't know whether the throat thing is something to act on, or if I should wait to see whether or not it worsens, or clears up.
