Hey everyone :) I am in the process of getting a bipolar 2 diagnosis, and I am currently taking Lamotrigine and Wellbutrin. I was only on Wellbutrin but it wasn’t working alone even with the maximum dosage, so I started taking lamotrigine a couple days ago. I am currently in a moderate depressive episode but I am feeling more unstable regarding my mood and I also have headaches. I am honestly a little bit scared because I have a history of reacting badly to psychiatric medication especially in the first few weeks.
I wanted to know if any of you experienced negative effects when you first started taking lamotrigine, and when did it go away or how did you deal with them. Thank you ♥️
