I think my manager is going to fire me!! So this week that I've worked at Sally's, I've had some bad luck. Some crazy tweakers around our apartment made me late a couple times because I had to talk to the cops, the first day my dog had a mental breakdown, I mean some really bad luck. last time I was late I had an issue with who was watching her cause they cancelled. Then my landlord has been discriminating against me and my disabilities too! One day I had to get my dog out in 24 hours or they threatened to call animal control, as I said, bad luck. Today, my friend was supposed to be here to watch her but their truck broke down and they live a state away. He was supposed to come up and take care of her since she's not approved at my job yet. Well he couldn't so today I had to drive an hour away before work and back! I had to call in and since I've been late 5/6 times now, my manager said we need to talk. I'm so so worried she's going to fire me! I need this job... my other job doesn't give me enough hours or pay me enough! But from an employer standpoint, I also don't blame them. I'm an employee that keeps showing up late and when I come my stories are filled with drama. I mean the reasons actually happened but still, drama and tartiness? I wouldn't want that in my store... I understand her reasoning but I can't loose this job...

I definitely understand that I have a job too that I miss a lot because I have a kid and we get sick or things just come up and I don't have a vehicle either so my schedule gets kind of limited for various reasons and I think that's just how it is I worry about that too with my next job. But we got this we can do it!
