      Hey! I strongly recommend doing neck and postural stretches as well, as tightness there can agitate your jaw joints. I've noticed a big difference for myself. Airrosti has some good resources. If you're experiencing tightness in your massetor muscles as well, I recommend gua sha massage techniques for TMJ to stretch and relax those muscles. I just use a YouTube video:)
