Intense Ovarian Pain and Anxiety

So this morning after having a bwm I got intense pain my left groin and ovary area and it’s a intense pain and it’s shooting from my groin area to my back and I had a lot of anxiety from the pain idk if it’s another cyst on my ovary idk ? 😞 I’m in pain today

      I usually experience pain like this when I’m ovulating and have a bwm or I’m close to ovulating. I also did some research about the pain I experience and found out that during ovulation women get ovulation cysts! So that can explain some of the pain. Sometimes it takes time for the cyst to go away. It’s not dangerous at all.

        @Flowerchild Ohkay .. I contact my gynecologist office after hours told them what’s going and gonna tell my ob Monday and they might want me to come in sooner :/
