I didn't sleep for years without medication until I was 18. Might sound dumb but now I listen to sleep meditations/ sleep hypnosis videos on YouTube to sleep and it works really well for me. Might be worth a try! You are not alone and will get through this 💖

Me too, I can't sleep. My body is tired but my mind won't shut off. I'll try and the get up and do something random that happens come up in my head and won't go away until I do it.👹👹my rabbit will just see the light turn on, then off, then on, and so on😭😭

I use diphenhydramine to sleep, it's the active sleep agent in cold medications. Works really well, I was taking melatonin for years and had moved up to trazodone when that didn't work, and this stuff knocks me out
